SIS PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES 

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Parents and teachers will have a special opportunity to meet with teachers to discuss your child's progress. The three windows for our parent teacher conferences are....

Monday, November 25, 2024 11:30am-2:30 PM

Monday November 25th 6:00-8:00 PM 

In order to conduct individual parent-teacher conferences, students will be dismissed early on November 25th and November 26th. Students will be dismissed at 10:30 on both days. There will be no after school clubs or activities on these days. 

Parents will use the website Teacher Reacher to schedule conferences with staff.  The Teacher Reacher site can be found at https://www.teacherreacher.com/ 

Before registering for conferences, there are a few simple steps for creating a parent account.  We ask that you please log onto the site and create an account if you currently do not have one.  A brief tutorial for creating an account and using the program can be found on the Southampton Public Schools website if needed.  Parents who created an account in the past can simply log in.  If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot Password” to help you reset it.  If you are the parent of a 5th grader,  you must add your child to your account. 

The registration for reserving conference times will begin on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 6:00 PM and will conclude on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 11:55 PM.  As a reminder, you must have a parent account prior to scheduling any conferences.

Please be advised that parents/guardians are able to contact the school if they need support to register for conferences if needed.   Additionally, the Teacher Reacher site is available in Spanish by clicking on the “Select Language” drop down menu on the lower right side of the page and selecting “Spanish”.

Parents/Guardians are kindly asked to honor the ten-minute time limitation of individual sessions.  When scheduling conferences, please be certain to build in time to get from one appointment to the next.  If you are late or miss your appointment, you may contact your child’s teacher to request a meeting for a future date.
