Orange Shirt Day: September 30th

This September 30th, we invite you to wear an orange shirt or clothing in support of Orange Shirt Day. Orange Shirt Day is a day for us to come together in a spirit of hope and reconciliation.
Wearing orange is a simple yet powerful way to show your support for Indigenous communities and to acknowledge a shared commitment to a brighter, more inclusive future. It's a day to learn, to listen, and to move forward with kindness and respect.

What Orange Represents

When we wear orange on September 30th, we are saying:

Every child is important and valued

We believe in treating all people with kindness and respect

We want to learn from the past to build a better future

We stand together as a community

Making a Difference

By wearing orange, you become part of something bigger than yourself. You're joining thousands of other students, teachers, and families who believe that all children deserve to feel safe, loved, and proud of who they are.

How You Can Participate

- Wear something orange on September 30th

- Listen to stories with an open heart

- Be kind to everyone around you

- Remember that your voice and your actions matter

Together, we can create a world where every child knows they are valued and loved!
